RESEARCH
To tackle the problem that needs to be solved or to find the best solution to transform Your idea into a Product need to investigate and research for the best and right approach to be chosen.
At this stage, we conduct market research and search for competitors. Our solution must be far better in performance, reliability, and cost-effective than any other product available on the market.
Our Customers will be presented with the results of our findings to mutually agree on the future concept and vision of the solution or a Product. That will outstand current market options and bring new components for customer advantage vs competitors.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
It is the phase when our R&D department will be entirely focused on Your Product.
It is time for more in-depth technical research and development framework allocation. It's essential since it will build a basement for our future Product.
Defining all critical points and proper sequencing of the upcoming steps are crucial for minimizing risks and increasing chances for success.
Our PMs are going to prepare a Statement of Work & Terms of Reference (SoW & ToR) - a detailed description of the Product requirements: business and technical wise, layouts, and designs, as well as UI/UX part - this will help to understand visual aspect of the future Product.
At the same time, our Software Architects will prepare High Level (HDD) & Software Design (SDD) Documents with UML Sequence diagrams, Diagram Services & Interactions, and API Contracts.
These technical documents will be handed over to you as a part of Product delivery after the Project sign-off.
PROOF OF
CONCEPT
Want to know and see how Your future Product will function ? How will the main features of it behave? Do Your idea and vision correctly transform into a digital asset?
This is the ideal phase to find it out.
It makes sense to check the concept's main parts before we build the complete Product.
As soon as the main critical issues are discovered during this phase, we can be confident in the concept's viability and future Product overall.
MVP AND
FINAL PRODUCT
Based on the findings of the POC phase, our R&D department can proceed with building the Product that will contain ALL business and technical requirements that were mutually agreed upon.
It starts with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with enough features and functions to solve the main problems at the beginning.
MVP allows us to launch as soon as possible, not getting stuck in the R&D process forever, aspiring for perfection. This version can already be delivered to the clients to understand their views and gather feedback for future improvements.
Our work is based on Agile principles, which means that Your Product will be delivered iteratively. Each new iteration is going to add functionality and extend usability.
We are moving towards the final goal - the finished Product.
TECH SUPPORT AND PERFORMANCE UPDATES
At this stage, our Customers can request new features and/or improvements to an existing one based on the users' feedback received or business requirements amendments.
