REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 year of experience as Project Manager in IT company or in a similar position (Product Manager/ Product Owner and etc)
- Higher education in computer science or management ;
- English level B2+;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
- Strong Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile (Scrum / Kanban), Lean.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or similar.
- Strong Knowledge of types of contracts (Fixed Price or Time & Material);
- Project budget management;
- Release management;
- Technology theory (Client and server parts (Backend, Frontend), what technologies and languages exist, API, HTTP and requests, OOP);
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Present product updates, key performance metrics, and future plans to leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, address client inquiries, and provide regular updates on project status.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision and objectives.
- Coordinate the work of the project team, assign tasks to team members, maintain communication, and motivate the team.
- Proactively address challenges and bottlenecks, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
